Acres Technology has appointed David Bain as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bain spent the last 25 years as a senior research analyst and managing director of corporate finance at several investment banks, most recently at B. Riley Securities.
Rivers Casino Philadelphia, in collaboration with local elected officials and community leaders, presented the Penn Treaty Special Services District (SSD) with $1 million to support ongoing reinvestment in the community. The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) announced the recipients of the Fall 2023 Agility Grants. The Louisiana Gaming Control Board has unanimously granted LRGC Gaming Investors, an affiliate of The Cordish Companies, the necessary regulatory approvals required to become a gaming operator in the State. The approval clears the way for Cordish to finalise the acquisition of Diamond Jacks Casino & Hotel in Bossier City and begin its transformation into a world-class Live! branded casino resort and entertainment destination.

Scientific Games will continue to provide the Kentucky Lottery with digital customer relationship management services for up to four years through a recent contract extension. Since the company’s digital CRM programme launched in 2021, the Kentucky Lottery’s online sales programme has experienced an impressive 179% growth. Kentucky is ranked among the Top 15 lotteries in the world for instant game per capita sales.
Make-A-Wish and Fanatics announced a first-of-its-kind partnership in which Fanatics will become the wish- granting organisation’s “Official Sports Partner.” Through the partnership, sports-related wishes in the US will be granted under the co-brand of Fanatics Make-A-Wish.
