Applovin’s former Head of Games, Keith Kawahanta, joins Homa as Strategic Advisor

Homa is announcing the addition of Keith Kawahata, formerly Head
of Games at Applovin, as Strategic Advisor. Keith brings a wealth of experience in the gaming
industry, having held leadership roles at companies such as Wargaming, GREE, and Kabam and as the
founder of ZeroTheory Inc. In his new role, Keith will advise Homa on strategic projects and
investments.

As AppLovin’s first Head of Games, he oversaw 20+ studios with hundreds of live mobile F2P games
and $2.2 billion in annual revenue. At Wargaming, he founded Wargaming Mobile, a
semi-independent business unit within the globally renowned Wargaming conglomerate. Kawahata
is a mobile games executive with over 15 years of experience managing, optimizing, and monetizing
mobile games. He brings this experience to Homa to help support its explosive growth.
