Hero Gaming appoints new Chief Executive Officer

Patrick Jonker has joined Hero Gaming as Chief Executive Officer on 1st February 2022, where together with the accomplished management team will be leading the company on the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.

With over 20 years of experience within the digital entertainment industry and a solid history of success in managing international teams, Patrick brings extensive knowledge to the business. He has extensive experience in working in challenging and dynamic environments that require a strong focus on innovation and commercial success.

“The combination of his experience, his leadership qualities and culture fit has made Patrick the ideal fit for us as a company for our next phase of growth and we very much look forward to having him in his new role” says Georg Westin, Founder & Chairman of the Board.

Patrick expresses his eagerness to onboard on this journey;

“I am very happy to say that I will be joining Hero Gaming as it’s CEO as per February 2022 and use my experience to take the company into the next phase. The conversations that I have with the management team shows the great ambition and most of all enthusiasm to grow the company. I am very much attracted to the agile way of working and the great foundations that are already in place.

Together with the management team I will be working on the strategy and future plans to make sure that we are one of the winning companies and outgrow any competition.”
