Nolimit City Secures Romanian B2B Licence

Nolimit City has secured a B2B supplier licence from the Romanian gambling regulator (ONJN), allowing it to roll out its content portfolio in the country’s regulated market.

The plan to broaden their horizons within the prestigious EU market is underway and Romania is the next stop in their eventful tour. The new licence will enable the Malta-based supplier to present its innovative slots including San Quentin xWays, Deadwood xNudge and East Coast vs West Coast, to the Romanian customers.

Dota 2’s The International to Take Place in Bucharest in October

Valve Corporation has announced that The International 10 Dota 2 Championship 2021 will be held this October in Bucharest, Romania.

“We are grateful for the partnership we have formed with Romania and the city of Bucharest, and very much look forward to gathering with the global Dota 2 community, both in-person and virtually, to celebrate the elite players and amazing fandom at The International,” the company posted on “Prepare yourselves. The International 10 was originally scheduled for Aug. 5-15 in Stockholm, Sweden, but Valve announced last month that issues related to securing visas had forced a change of venue.


Romania Offers Extra Prizes for Covid-Vaccinated Lottery Players

In a bid to support nationwide vaccination process, the Romanian Lottery has initiated curiously innovative campaign that will give players vaccinated for Covid 19 will have a chance to win additional prizes amounting to RON 100,000.

The campaign, titled “Get vaccinated and win”, will be run from June 14 to June 27 and applicable for games such as Loto 6/49, Joker, and Loto 5/40.

The vaccinated players will have to fill a coupon with their personal information and deposit the coupon in the special boxes arranged in the lottery offices.

Five lucky players will win prizes worth RON 10,000 prizes each or the bonanza prize of RON 50,000. The department will announce winners of the campaign on July 4.
